The studio Architrend Architecture implemented a townhouse project in the city of St. Julian's, Malta. Architects demolished the old house that stood on the site, creating a functional and modern residence for the client's family. The main facade of the building is distinguished by panoramic glazing in a reinforced concrete frame. Inside, the house has a linear layout with one staircase span and a double-height hall. The glazed internal courtyard creates interaction between interior spaces and the garden, increasing the flow of natural sunlight into the house. A rooftop pool and wooden terrace allow you to enjoy a wonderful view of Malta's coastline.
