Traditional Villa in Spain

Project bureau Dom Arquitectura presented a villa in the historic region of Serdany, Spain. Currently, the old settlement is represented by five houses. The plot, surrounded by beautiful nature with breathtaking views of the valley and mountain range of the natural park of Cadi, served as inspiration for the residence project, while strict construction regulations imposed a series of limitations.

The steep slope of the plot determined the placement of the garage and hallway facing the street, while the rest of the house is designed on a single level 2.6 meters lower. The residence features an L-shaped layout with two perpendicular wings: a daytime area with main rooms and a nighttime zone with bedrooms.
