Tropical Villa in Brazil
Tropical Villa in Brazil
Project bureau Sidonio Porto Arquitetos Associados designed a tropical villa in Iporanga, Brazil. The 800 square meter residence blends into its natural surroundings, including thanks to the extensive use of cumaru wood, which is used for the platforms, stairs, pergolas, eaves, entire roof structure, cladding, and frames. Behind the villa, a zone of Atlantic Forest is preserved, and the beach is just 50 meters away.
The residence is presented on two levels, with a fill rate of only 30%, leaving space for green zones. The interior of the house is characterized by continuity between functional areas. On the first floor, spaces for shared leisure are planned, while on the second level, six bedrooms are located. The relaxation terrace is equipped with a pool, jacuzzi, and barbecue.
