This stylish villa is located in an elite residential complex in Cape Town, South Africa. Its initial concept, developed by Vivid Architects studio, was refined and perfected by leading South African architectural firm SAOTA. The interior design studios ARRCC were tasked with creating a confident interior that harmonizes well with the bold façade. To ensure the interior does not compete with the architecture, a neutral palette of materials and tones was chosen. Designers took advantage of countless glass panels and open volumes, allowing natural light to flow through the house, highlighting bright white walls and the green nature that penetrates inside through large windows.
