House on the Odessa Bay Shore

Architectural bureau Drozdov&Partners implemented the project of a private house Shell in Odessa region, Ukraine. A small family cottage with an area of 165 square meters was built on the shore of the Odessa Bay. Architects worked on the project remotely and in close cooperation with clients, who also independently handled interior design and landscaping of the area around the house.

All rooms, including the children's room, main bedroom and common area, have their own extensions in the form of terraces and balconies. The clipped slope further enhances the effect of ocean exposure and sunlight.
