Architectural studio SAOTA in collaboration with interior designers ARRCC presented the Restio River House project near Cape Town, South Africa. Located on the riverbank in a small coastal town of Spring Bay, this family vacation home protects from salty winds, letting in only sunshine and the beauty of the surrounding nature into the heart of the home. The harsh coastal climate dictated its conditions to architects—clean architecture and durable materials define the project.
