This vacation villa is located in Nha Trang, a coastal city on the southeast coast of Vietnam. The 500 square meter plot, carved into the hillside, offers a sea and mountain view in the background. Designed by MM++ Architects studio, the villa emphasizes simplicity of forms, use of natural materials and some innovative interior solutions. In addition, the contrast between the brutalism of the building itself and its meticulously planned interior space is intense.

The sculptural spiral staircase located in the center of the living area serves as a key accent in this interior, quite strong to rival the beauty of the sea outside the window.

Depending on the needs of the residents, the first floor can be modified using sliding wooden walls from a fully open space to three separate rooms with bathrooms. The oil-treated wood is the dominant material here, offering a cozy and luxurious appearance in contrast to the raw stone blocks in the bathrooms.

The main bedroom is equipped with a retractable glass balcony with electric drive. When opened, the view of the sea under starlight is indescribable.
