This modern Australian house is located on the slopes of Mosman, a Sydney suburb, offering an incredible panorama. Designed by architectural firm SAOTA in collaboration with TKD Architects, it was created as the primary residence for a young family. The interior design was handled by Alexandra Kidd Design studio, which successfully proposed refined spaces with a distinctive style.

The main level features the living room and dining area, as well as bedrooms. The lower floor includes a covered terrace leading directly to the pool with its secluded hydro-massage zone, and an open terrace. The house is designed with five bedrooms, a sauna, gym, wine cellar, and cinema room. The sense of connection to the harbor is enhanced by water elements in both upper and lower living zones, as well as blue tones used in the interior design.

Regarding materials, SAOTA architects preferred natural wood, concrete, and natural stone. Light sandstone tones are balanced by warm textures of wood and bronze used for interior cladding and screening.
