Low-energy frame structures are made from wood, and the flexibility of modular combinations with 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms and additional elements such as an open shower and sauna provide freedom of choice and adaptability. All variants include hidden storage systems and fold-down beds that maximize living space while preserving the clean aesthetic. Living spaces are flooded with natural light, and both functional aspects and cozy nooks like window seating areas have been carefully considered. Wood-burning stoves add an element of tranquility to the interior, while bathrooms contrast with dark tones and copper lighting fixtures that awaken feelings and evoke the atmosphere of a luxurious spa salon.

Modular KOTO homes are designed for long-term use and can be easily relocated to another plot years later.
