Country House in Moscow Region
Country house in Moscow Region
This country house with an area of 400 square meters is located in the Serебряная Подкова residential area, Moscow Region. Its facades were designed by the architectural bureau of Alexandra Fedorova, and the interior was developed by architects Aleksey Viazminov and Evgeny Bezhukov, who represent the architectural group A+A.
The interiors of this residence, owned by a young family, are designed in the industrial style. The main design idea is the interaction of strict geometry and accent diagonal elements. In addition to natural stone and wood, unconventional materials for living spaces are used—concrete and rusted metal. The dynamic composition of the living room is set by a diagonal stone pillar piercing through the house. The color palette of the stone pillar corresponds to a TV installation made from rusted metal plates. In the kitchen interior, a concrete ceiling is pierced by a rusty metal rod that serves as the range hood. The emphasized industrial style of interiors is softened by the warm tone of walnut wood.
