The Parallel House project by En Route Architects is a 100 square meter summer residence located in a secluded natural area on one of the Cycladic islands in Greece.
The use of concrete as both structural framework and visual element represents a modern interpretation of traditional stone houses. This reinterpretation also involves the integration of active and passive technologies for heating, cooling, and energy generation, ensuring high energy efficiency and independence of the residence.
