The architectural bureau SAOTA designed a luxurious mansion Beyond — a modern space for living and art, where absolute comfort combines with architecture based on dramatic surroundings. The residence interiors were developed by studio ARRCC together with decorators OKHA.

The living area is located on the top floor of the building, where a double-height open space features a kitchen, bar, dining room, lounge, family rooms, as well as a winter relaxation zone, office, and art studio at the mezzanine level. Panoramic glazing blurs the boundaries between the house and terrace with an endless pool and garden leading directly to the Table Mountain National Park.
