Villa in Kyiv by Denrakaev Unique Ambiance Studio

The studio Denrakaev Unique Ambiance led by Denis Rakayev designed a private house of 150 square meters in Kyiv, Ukraine. The Villa 118 residence has a clear and understandable structure, where the central part is dedicated to the day zone with a living room, kitchen, and dining room. To the right and left are two wings connected to the main part of the house by corridors. The left wing is designed with the main bedroom, bathroom, and wardrobe, while the right wing contains an office that can be used as a guest bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet. From the common living room area, there is a separate exit through the hallway to the utility part of the house. Here are located the boiler room, additional bathroom, and a garage for two cars.
