Villa with Lagoon View in Cape Town by SAOTA Studio

Architecture studio SAOTA designed the Benguela Cove villa in collaboration with designers ARRCC and OKHA. The residence is located on a vineyard site to the southeast of Cape Town, South Africa. The residence features a C-shaped design, creating a protected inner courtyard and offering panoramic views.

From the entrance hall, a corridor leads directly to the kitchen, featuring a single granite slab kitchen island. The kitchen connects to the dining area and living room with an open-plan layout, complete with a fireplace and glass walls. Five bedrooms are planned on the second floor of the house. A terrace with a relaxation zone and an open kitchen leads to a pool that seems to merge with the lagoon.
