Luxury Chalet Without Alpine Clichés in Switzerland
The village of Gstaad in Switzerland is famous not only for its ski slopes but also for its cozy streets lined with stunning chalets. One such house, measuring 300 sqm, needed a full-scale renovation. The owner fully trusted the taste and expertise of professionals from the architectural bureau Humbert&Poyet, with one condition: the house should be free of alpine clichés. The designers brilliantly met this challenge: the chalet retained its charm while keeping its distinctive features, yet the new design and furniture undoubtedly added glamour and sophistication to the home with expensive wood, marble, gold leaf, and exclusive furnishings. In addition to its impressive design, the chalet features a sauna, fitness room, living room with a beautiful fireplace, and of course, a balcony offering mountain views. A true dream for anyone who dreams of an unforgettable mountain vacation!
