Andrew Flesher took on the renovation of this old cottage in New York state more out of curiosity than a pressing need for housing. The house was built in the distant year 1710, and the designer found it incredibly intriguing to work with such a historical object. When Andrew bought it, the house was practically falling apart, but thanks to skilled work and a relatively modest budget, the new owner managed to breathe new life into it and fill it with classic charm.
