Spacious English Manor House of the 16th Century24 photos
Amazingly, some buildings on the estate in Suffolk, England date back to the 16th century. Of course, over the centuries the house has been rebuilt several times, but certain elements have survived to this day. The main building was converted into a residential property: a large window adorns the living room, behind it, in a niche, is the kitchen, and above it — a home office. Designers aimed to preserve the original tiles, bricks, and floors as much as possible, although some of them were so worn out that they required replacement. Another cottage on the estate is even older — for example, a fireplace dating back 200 years and a stove from the 20th century have been preserved. Additionally, there is a swimming pool on the premises, which by the way needs renovation, a tennis court, and beautiful gardens. Such property is not often encountered: here you have heritage, English style, and real comfort!
