Family from the USA Transformed an Old Fish Shop into a Cozy Summer Cottage11 photos
Owners of this cottage on an island with a beautiful name, Martha's Vineyard, located on the coast of Cape Cod in Massachusetts, spent half a year transforming it. Previously, it was a fish shop built in the mid-1950s. Recently, construction of new real estate has been banned on the island, so the appearance of this place will remain as it is now for a long time. White color dominates in the cottage's decoration and furniture, but there are no bright accents and interesting decor, which perfectly suit the mood of a summer house. As a result, the owners and designer managed to preserve the charm of the past and the special appeal of seaside cottages. Now they dream of keeping this home forever in their family's ownership and passing it down as an inheritance. Thus, this beautiful house can stand here forever.
