Designer's Home in Former Gunpowder Factory9 photos
When designer Timkke de Bur was asked how she likes living in a building that used to be a gunpowder factory near Amsterdam, she replied: “Great, I love the character and scale of this unique home, and its past doesn’t even bother me.” It should be noted that the interior of this home is quite distinctive: spacious minimalist rooms, cracked walls that coexist beautifully with vibrant modern furniture and textiles. As we all know, designers are special people who can live in the most unusual and sometimes whimsical spaces. Take a look!
