Unusual Black-Faced Architect's House by the River
Upon seeing the whimsical and somewhat fairy-tale-like facade of this house on the riverbank in Connecticut, you immediately understand that it is inhabited by a very unusual and creative person. It's true: architect Bruce Beinfield built this quite unusual country cottage several years ago to have a place to retreat and create. The owner affectionately calls this house a 'trolleybus' due to its characteristic elongated shape. Enjoy the viewing!
