Located on a forested hill in the suburbs of Monterrey, Mexico, the Los Terrenos residence was designed by architects from Tatiana Bilbao Estudio.

The residential complex consists of two buildings with a total area of 480 square meters. The volumes are positioned at opposite corners of the rectangular plot, with a pool in the shape of a natural form in the center.

The bedrooms are located within a volume that is partially dug into the ground and built using adobe construction techniques.

The highlight of the project is the intricate grille, which serves various purposes—acting as both a separating screen and a permeable wall that allows light and air into the living space.
