The concept of the Anzac Bay house, designed by Vaughn McQuarrie Studio in New Zealand, is based on the idea of creating a large central space surrounded by smaller rooms—something like a church at the center of a small village.
Single-story structures surrounding the main space include guest rooms and auxiliary spaces.
The distinctive character of the interior is given by an open layout that showcases raw surfaces of materials such as concrete, steel, and wood, and, of course, the striking white staircase that functions as a true art piece.
