The Rock House project by 33bY Architecture is a private house with an area of 400 square meters located in the Kiev region, Ukraine. Designed for a young family, it was conceived as countryside housing with modern layout solutions and high comfort, styled after a classical volume.

The first floor serves a public function — it features a large two-light living room oriented toward the eastern and western sides through glazing, allowing residents to be present throughout all phases of the day.
