House with a Unique Spatial Sound in Vilnius
A 120-square-meter house designed by Prusta Studio in a quiet green district of Vilnius, Lithuania, is striking for its subtle harmony of forms and textures. White marble, black metal, glass, stainless steel, soft textile inserts, and aged wood come together to create a space that feels alive, natural, and deeply authentic.
The designers did not aim to create a traditionally understood minimalist interior but rather sought to shape a space that showcases functional and decorative elements while reflecting the individuality and character of its inhabitants. Contrasting yet complementary stylistic trends—minimalism, modernism, industrial style, and ethnic influences with Eastern elements—are seamlessly blended into a unique whole where each detail has its own voice.
