A three-story residence includes a living room with open-plan layout, four bedrooms, and an internal courtyard with a garden.

The exterior of the house is quite traditional, serving as a sort of preview of the remarkable interior. Large windows stretch almost the entire length of the living room and dining area, providing ample views and sufficient natural light to the main guest areas.

The interior finishes were carefully selected by Saatchi, elevating them from a mere collection of building materials to a true palette of an artist. The kitchen and bathrooms showcase Carrara marble, sometimes accentuated with darker natural stone. Cabinetry and built-in wardrobes are crafted so flawlessly that seams are barely visible. Lighting fixtures were also designed to be barely noticeable, or perceived as yet another modern art piece.
