The studio Axelrod Architects has renovated a 200 square meter house in Oakland, USA. The building, constructed in 1939, is located on a hillside offering a magnificent view of the city and San Francisco Bay. The architects' task was to update the interior of the house without significantly altering its structure.

The main floor includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom. The lower level houses the owners' bedroom, office, and bathroom.
