This house in Portland has a rather solid age — it was built nearly 100 years ago and has seen quite a lot in its lifetime. Nevertheless, designer Jessica Helgerson managed to create quite modern interiors inside for a large family to live in. To give the house its present-day magnificent look, considerable effort was required: a reconfiguration was made, windows were enlarged, a bedroom was added, and both the attic and basement were given new life. This was truly a wonderful renovation!
