House with Mediterranean Sea View

Studio Fran Silvestre Arquitectos presented their new project in the city of Castellón de la Plana, Spain. The Breeze villa belongs to a couple who, after living in the heart of Europe, returned to the Mediterranean Sea. The main wish of the clients was to create a house where enjoying their homeland would be a pleasure.

The villa is composed of two volumes offset both vertically and horizontally, forming a unified living floor. This arrangement allows achieving the desired level of privacy in the sleeping area while controlling the flow of sunlight. The terrace offers a sea view, reminded by the salty air and gentle breeze.
