House on the Roof of a Historical Building in Turin20 photos
Minimalist geometric volumes, designed by the studio Lageard Architettura on the roof of a 19th-century building in the center of Turin, Italy, made it possible to create a residence that meets the highest standards of modern urban lifestyle.
All spaces are united by a unique homogeneous design and integrated with a private garden running along the entire facade.
The main living areas are on one level; on the second level is a studio offering a panoramic view of Turin and another green zone.
Large panoramic windows open onto an internal courtyard connecting different living spaces. The entire space is perceived as seamless and unified.
External areas feature different levels alternating wooden decking and green zones, reflecting the concept of unity between interior and exterior, characteristic of the entire project.
