Concrete Studio designed the communal spaces of the Skypark clubhouse, located in the heart of Mong Kok, Hong Kong. Amidst the bustling streets of the city's most vibrant district, architects created a welcoming space for all residents of the Skypark tower.

The clubhouse floor features various functional zones. The kitchen, library, and bar are located near the gym, pool, and art gallery. A large external staircase connects this level to the landscaped park on the upper part of the building, including barbecue and picnic areas. The staircase that leads to the gardens and lounges transforms into an open-air cinema or a place for stargazing in the evenings.
