The home with the concise name 360 Villa, designed in the Netherlands by studio 123DV, is intended for a family couple and their beloved dogs of the Alaskan Malamute breed.
A canopy is provided around the entire house from above, offering animals a protected shelter in case of rain, regardless of wind direction. On sunny days, it provides the necessary amount of shade.
On one side of the villa, opposite the bedroom and kitchen, the garden level corresponds to the middle of the facade. This allows residents to maintain visual contact with their dogs, as their eyes are at the same level as the dogs’ — for example, when they are preparing food or wishing them good night.
In the small 85-square-meter house, architects attempted to preserve a sense of spaciousness. The interior space of the villa has an open layout. As is often the case in hotels, the bedroom, bathroom, and living room are connected to each other. When needed, residents can isolate the private area by closing a sliding door.
