In the F Residence project, located in Gifu Prefecture, Japan, the studio Shinichi Ogawa & Associates takes minimalist aesthetics to its extreme.

White sterile interior surfaces do not allow for a single random line or detail. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are merged into one open-plan space. On the other side of the dividing wall are equally strict bedrooms.

Glass sliding doors provide access to the环绕ing platform and allow air to circulate freely within the room.

The rectangular pond in front of the house reflects the sharp forms of the building, while its geometric silhouette gracefully stands out against the hilly landscape.
