Beach House in Sydney
This beachfront residence on Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, was designed by Tobias Partners studio. Architects transformed the original 1980s holiday home into a modern urban dwelling with four bedrooms. As the building is located on the coast, construction materials needed to be particularly durable and long-lasting. Designers preserved the copper fireplace, terrazzo floors, and walls coated with beeswax.
