A 412 square meter villa in Lugano, Switzerland was designed by the studio Attilio Panzeri & Partners. The picturesque surroundings of the house inspired the architects to create a simple architectural form that seamlessly integrates into the complex topography of the site and offers an excellent panoramic view from three sides.
Reaching such a result was not straightforward. It was only made possible through collaboration with chemical engineers and other specialists. Through the efforts of everyone involved, after many attempts, designers achieved their desired outcome.
The atmosphere inside the house resembles a stroll through a large minimalist sculpture, where large openings in the walls bring in natural daylight, and the connection to the landscape through the悬垂 concrete volumes further enhances the sense of monolithicity.
