Architectural firm Suyama Peterson Deguchi designed a 190 square meter house in Seattle, USA. The new residence is intended for a couple who wanted their space to be comfortable and functional. The plot, surrounded by vegetation, was left in its original state. No tree was harmed during construction. In the architects' design, greenery became the focal point around which the building grew.
A simple yet practical distribution of space into various zones corresponds to the owners' familiar lifestyle. This architecture does not aim to surprise with innovative approaches, but rather harmoniously adapts to human life and blends into the surrounding landscape.
