Residential House and Workshop in France

Architectural bureau Garcés - de Seta - Bonet designed a private house in the commune of Villar-de-Lans in France. The residence repeats the shape of the plot, harmoniously blending into the slope, and is presented as three segments of different orientations. The building is divided into two parts — living spaces and a working workshop, with a winter garden created between them. The interior space of the house is slightly elongated, yet this does not prevent all necessary functional zones from being arranged. On the first floor of the residential part, spaces for daily use are planned, while all bedrooms are located on the second level.
