Shadows Game in a Villa Project in Israel
Project bureau Pitsou Kedem Architects presented a villa with an area of 770 square meters, located in Kfar Shmaryahu, Israel.
The same geometric pattern is repeated in the villa's interior. For example, one of the walls near the floating staircase serves as a perforated balustrade.
During the day, the metal mesh allows natural light to enter the building, creating shadow images on concrete surfaces, and at night, the garden lights come into play.
On the southern side of the building, attention is drawn to a concrete mass in the form of an 11-meter wall that, thanks to complex technical solutions and approaches, does not touch the ground but floats above the pool.
