Project firm Luigi Rosselli Architects decided to support the desire of Sydney residents and architects (Australia) to return to the popularity of compact housing. This townhouse perfectly demonstrates the advantages of this type of housing, clearly showing that even on a small plot of land it is possible to design a house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, guest studio, garage, office, wardrobe, laundry room, living area combined with dining and kitchen, not forgetting about two internal courtyards where you can relax outdoors.
The front of the townhouse attracts with a beautiful balcony reminiscent of Juliet's balcony. Below it, bougainvillea blooms. On the back courtyard, an olive tree grows and there is a wood-burning fireplace — this is the perfect spot for barbecuing.
