Modular house by DublDom company in Moscow Region

DublDom 2.110 — individual project created based on standard solutions of modular houses by DublDom company. The building was designed for a young couple who decided to live by the lake shore in Moscow Region. None of the ready-made modular models met the customer's requirements, so an individual project was specially developed for them in cooperation with BIO-architects studio.

The orientation of the main facade with maximum glazing is dictated by the location of the house on the plot: the main entrance and living room with a fireplace look out onto the picturesque lake shore. At the same time, all technical and auxiliary rooms are located along the rear facade, as well as the children's room and office.

Constructed using simple and accessible materials — metal profile, barn boards, and glass — the house blends harmoniously into its surrounding environment.

All interior is made of solid pine, painted white. The end walls are painted in a dark tone, which visually expands the space.

The interior design is fully planned by the homeowner — Anastasia Sokolova.

All modules were prefabricated and manufactured by DublDom in Kazan, arriving at the site already finished with furniture and utilities inside. Installation work took approximately 10 days with minimal impact on the surrounding environment.
