Villa on the Seafront in Croatia

Architecture bureau ECOING presented the project of a private residence B&R in the resort settlement of Sevdalja, Croatia. The magnificent villa with an area of 500 square meters is located on the seafront. It was designed for a family from Belgium in accordance with the client's preferences and site conditions, taking into account the challenging terrain with various elevations.

From the main entrance, you can walk directly to the kitchen, storeroom and bathroom. The central two-story space includes galleries, stair openings and a dining room that adjoins the kitchen and has access to a terrace with a pavilion, as well as transitions into the living room. On the second floor of the villa, the main bedroom is designed with a glass bathroom and wardrobe. A guest bedroom is provided on the back yard side, next to which are two children's rooms with bathrooms and a shared panoramic terrace, as well as a workspace.

The villa's interior decoration features items from local designers. The residence is styled in the Mediterranean style with emphasis on minimalism and simplicity.
