Residence Daria — a private house on the island of Ibiza, Spain, designed by Paris architect Pascal Chek-Javad.

Situated on a high scenic slope descending to the sea, the house is styled in traditional Mediterranean architecture interpreted through the lens of modern minimalism.

Stone cladding surrounding the terrace, as well as spacious interiors dominated by white and rare accents of bright blue, lemon-yellow, and green — are clear nods to the Mediterranean style. The design of window openings, minimalist furniture in hi-tech style including pieces from renowned brands such as artifort chairs, make the interior modern and elegant.
