Apartments with Pool on Taiwan15 photos

Located in Tamsui, Taiwan, a residential home with a river and mountain view features a private pool in each residence. The apartment designed by Waterfrom Design architects covers 462 square meters and reflects the characteristics of the surrounding environment in its interior. The theme of water is repeated through the texture of Italian ceramic tiles on the floor. Most of the finishing is done in neutral natural tones. Light beige and gray alternate with brown and white surfaces, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

Small elements in the color palette of Piet Mondrian's paintings complement and diversify the setting without disrupting the overall harmony and tranquility. The free arrangement of furniture and room orientation toward the river allow enjoying nature while cooking, exercising, or relaxing. Constructivist forms were used in the design of the entryway shoe cabinet. Instead of building one bulky volume, it was reorganized into four separate parts, allowing light to penetrate between the sections.
