Tropical Villa on the Ocean Shore20 photos

Project studio Benjamin Garcia Saxe presented the Ocean Eye villa, built on a beach in Costa Rica. The family purchased a beautiful plot on the ocean shore surrounded by jungle vegetation. The 300 square meter residence is designed as open as possible to provide daily opportunities to enjoy natural beauty. Bedrooms and bathrooms are planned in the back part of the house, while the living area faces the ocean. Terraces and open spaces form a unified whole, transforming the residence into a dynamic structure with interconnected zones and levels.
