House in Spain by A-cero Studio43 photos
Architects from A-cero Studio have realized the project of a modern residence S.V. House in Seville, Spain. The beautiful villa with an area of approximately 800 square meters is built in the south of the country and created to enjoy the weather, nature, and life in general. The strong geometry with its sharp outlines symbolizes grandeur and influence. Marble and tinted glass were chosen as the main materials for the facade finish. They are not only durable but also look contrasting and stylish. The pool and garden repeat the overall trend toward unusual forms and look stunning. In addition to beautiful plants, a pond is included in the garden. In the interior, most of the furniture was specially designed by A-cero Studio architects for this project. The villa consists of three floors. The ground floor includes a storage room, laundry, technical rooms, and a garage. The first floor is divided into two parts, one of which features the day spaces with a hall, living room, dining room, and kitchen, while the other contains a sleeping block with three bedrooms, each combined with a bathroom and wardrobe. A home cinema is also located on this floor. All rooms on the first level have direct access to the garden. The second floor houses two more bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a second living room.
