Cozy House on a Hillside in the USA26 photos

The Nahahum project, designed by architects from Balance Associates, is a two-story house with an area of 153 square meters. The residence is located in the city of Kashmir, Washington state, and sits on a hilly plot. Concrete walls form the main volume of the house, while the orientation from east to west offers the best panoramic view. The two-story space with full glazing on the northern and southern walls frames the most impressive canyon landscape. On the first floor are a spacious living room and kitchen, as well as a bathroom and utility rooms located in the hilly part of the house. On the upper level, architects placed the main and guest bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the lower-level living room.
