Alpine Residence in Italy
Alpine Residence in Italy
Architectural bureau Camillo Botticini realized the project of an alpine residence in Italy. A modern house with a total area of 360 square meters was built in a valley at an altitude of about 700 meters above sea level. Its location on the slope provides panoramic views of the surrounding area, while dense trees adjacent to the back part of the residence create a sense of security. The house has an interesting shape forming a quiet inner courtyard. Large windows establish a connection between interior and exterior, while natural materials such as wood and copper were used in the facade finishing to better integrate the residence into its natural environment. The house space is divided into three blocks, one of which contains three bedrooms with bathrooms. The central part is dedicated to the living room, transitioning into a third block with dining and kitchen areas above which an office was designed. The basement level accommodates a garage and technical rooms. At the same time, the residence is environmentally friendly and equipped with energy-saving systems.
