Nestled on the mountainside in a picturesque region near the city of Marbella, within the protected area and golf club La Zagaleta, Spain, this luxury villa spreads out. The concept development, design project creation, realization, and full management were entrusted to the architectural-design bureau AlabinDesign & KutcArchitect. The residence with a view of Africa and Gibraltar, covering 1300 square meters on 48 plots of land, required serious project work and execution that lasted for two years. Ekaterina Alabina and Kutc Andrea solved incredible tasks. Large spaces demand grand solutions — a giant fireplace assembled from four 6-meter-high onyx slabs, kilometers of marble with original designs by the bureau, custom glass ornaments, lamp design creation, development and realization of a family monogram made from semi-precious stones, valuable wood types, and silver, custom furniture from kitchen to massive wardrobes and dressing rooms, interior items created by AlabinDesign & KutcArchitect's laboratory, paintings made in collaboration between Ekaterina Alabina, Kutc Andrea, and Balinese craftsmen. The bureau debuted in landscape design with the planting of century-old olive trees and a luxurious fruit garden. The unique home cinema design was realized in collaboration with renowned furniture maker Jose Cardenas, while the architectural part of the residence was designed by Spanish architect Diego Tobal from Tobal Architects studio.
