Residential complex consisting of four separate buildings located on a sloping plot with olive trees and a view of a bay in Central Greece. The main building has two floors, while the others remain single-story. The project was developed by GEM Architects, preserving traditional elements in the architecture transformed using a modern language. The main building's facade is clad in stone, referencing similar historical structures such as the medieval tower in Rovani. The other volumes on the periphery are finished with white plaster. Additionally, architects took care to create a climate-adaptive design. Walls 60 cm thick have a sloped outer surface, ensuring natural coolness indoors. Small courtyards are lined with wooden pergolas that provide protection from sun and rain. Even rainwater is collected in underground reservoirs of the collector system.
