Updated House with Park View in Canada11 photos

The project titled Instar House was developed by architects rzlbd. This house in Canada near Toronto was built in 1950 and required a major update. The modern development of the building was based on a clear division of functions between two volumes of the residence. The main part, rendered in gray, contains all living spaces, while the service area is located in the black-toned addition. The total area of the house is 204 square meters. On the first floor are the living room and kitchen with dining area. On the second level are two bedrooms connected by a glass bridge, where a workspace with a children's desk is organized. Above are the main bedroom with a roof exit, as well as a bathroom with a hydro-massage and a view toward the beautiful park.
