Family Villa in Croatia
A villa designed by architect Oliver Grigić is located on a plot of about 4 hectares in Croatia. The construction was developed according to the wishes and needs of the owner. His lifestyle requires constant communication with family members, business partners, and friends. For this reason, the villa has three entrances and three levels of accessibility. The third level consists of a southern wing with a pool and guest block on the first floor, which are publicly accessible to the widest circle of guests.
The other part with a western entrance includes a service and relaxation area. The first level of accessibility leads through the northern entrance and garage, where exclusively private rooms for the owner and his closest relatives are concentrated: wife and three children. The villa is integrated into the park landscape due to large glass windows that invite residents to constantly interact with nature. The materials used in the external and interior finishing are natural and traditional, predominantly brown tones, which provide a sense of warmth and connection to the environment.
